Remove the ecmaFeatures.globalReturn option from the Playground to stay compatible with the next ESLint release, where this option will be removed.

As noted in https://github.com/eslint/js/issues/525#issuecomment-3446994749, we will revisit the decision to remove ecmaFeatures.globalReturn in v11. Until then, this pull request is blocked.
