fix: page number in blog's url

What is the purpose of this pull request?
the page number in the url of blog pages (not category wise blog pages) is one less than its original page number
blog has total 45 pages if we head over to the last page through url then it take us to error page.
What changes did you make? (Give an overview)
change the permalink of blog pages by increasing the count by one.
