Versioned "Rules" page includes rules that didn't exist (404 Not Found)

• Observe "for-direction" being included, despite being introduced in 4.0.
• Clicking leads to https://eslint.org/docs/3.0.0/rules/for-direction which responds with the 404 Not Found page.

I also think it would be okay to remove the 4.x and 5.x rules from the 3.x rules list as a stopgap. @Krinkle If you would like to file a PR for that, it would be most welcome.
