For the system in Moscow, they moved velobike to a dockless sytem (https://pwa.velobike.ru/). The data feed is on a supabase. There's a jwt token around but I doubt that one is still active (if it is, then :/). Their android app also gets station info from the supabase endpoint. Adding info here so the next person does not need to waste more time on this: https://pwa.velobike.ru/api/supabase/rest/v1/stations?select=%2A
Wikipedia has a section entry about systems in Russia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_bicycle-sharing_systems#Russian_Federation if we want to add support for more systems.
Happy to also not support them, who cares honestly.
