V'Lille (Lille (FR)) is not updating fast enough

Would it be possible to query more frequently the V'Lille api? Because as of now the pybikes api is delayed by several minutes. ping @eskerda ;)

Do you mean we are not scraping the original source fast enough, or that the original source is not updated enough?

I think maybe not scraped fast enough :thinking: But maybe it's not sth we can fix

We have the possiblity of using another feed for v'lille https://github.com/eskerda/pybikes/pull/580, so if it's a matter of the original source, we can try using that
