Please, add kolobike, Minsk (Belarus)

The new bike sharing network in Minsk lacks support. It is different from some other networks in that it does not use fixed stations. Bikes can be left at any place. Finding them without an app can be difficullt. The official app is IOS/android only :(

Hello @dikonov, Sorry for the late response to your question! Unfortunately it will not be possible to add support for it until roaming bike systems get implemented (with this pull request for example https://github.com/eskerda/pybikes/pull/417).
