Use case

This would allow thirdparty tools to easily create new contracts, with a prefilled contractor and maybe prefilled request items/sum of isk in the POST body. it could also be possible to preselect given itemids in the POST body. Perfect example for it would be buyback services

Example returns

200, 403, 400

+1 for this. I would also like to see the ability for a corporation endpoint similarly which would allow creation of contracts from corp.

Reopening, they are not the same. #97 would allow ability to create a contract solely via the API, while this issue would simply open a window in game with the details prefilled.
