Use case
Hitting up this endpoint to receive a list of items able to be sold on the market. Useful after new items are added to only get ones available on market.
Example returns
Array of typeIDs able to be sold/bought on the market
Previous XML or CREST route

An example of where this is useful, especially if it has names in it:
providing name based searching for a market application like https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/market/viewer/
right now, this isn't possible under ESI, without a significant number of lookups,or providing a pregenerated file. (around 10k lookups)
I have something to say about this, so moving to backlog.
But we now have an alternative endpoint which tries to tell you what is being sold right now on a regional market. Not what you are able to sell, but you can give it a shot.
