Contacts endpoint handles contact list limits inconsistently with bad errors.

I was able to add 2300 contacts to a character and the endpoints would give an Action Failed trying to manipulate or add more. The limit is apparently 1024 which I some how was able to ignore.

Also if the right people could be poked so this limit could be increased?
