Possibility to connect slices of a PiePlot with a label outside the slice

Currently, creating a PiePlot with very small, labeled slices causes problems: The labels reach of the slices and overlap, which makes the numbers unreadable.

There should be some possibility to deal with small, labeled slices, like a connection line from the slice to a label outside of the slice.
