We've made a bunch of improvements to `shorebird`'s network diagnostics this week. I would encourage anyone having trouble with builds to try again with the latest shorebird and report back....

Thanks to @erickzanardo for alerting us to this. To move forward we'll need to make a repro, and then possibly check it in as an e2e test. The general idea...
Definitely seems unexpected. Also note you seem to have an extra `-` in the `--flutter-version` it only has two `-`.
ELF is the expected format for a libapp.so on Android.
It sounds like you're suggesting that the libflutter.so that shorebird is using for 3.24.3 is corrupted somehow?
