Still investigating. My guess is this may be a regression caused by package:archive. We've had trouble with it breaking in the past.
Yeah, it looks like the api we're using in package archive does not accept files which end as .apks, and appears to throw an ArgumentError... but I'm not seeing it...
Nevermind, we're renaming it to .zip, just package:archive is somehow silently failing. Where as `unzip` works fine. Investigating.
This was caused by package:archive: https://github.com/brendan-duncan/archive/issues/383 Still figuring out the right workaround.
I think we're going to wait a few days and see if Brendan replied on that issue. Otherwise we can look into fixing it in package:archive ourselves.
No update on the archive bug. I've not sat down and tried to debug further yet.
