Hi Dryato,

What kind of hosting are you running this on?

Also, what page is this occurring on?

You should be able to move the cache directory somewhere you can write to.

I'm encountering this error too, running XAMPP v3.1.0 (PHP 5.4.7). I got storytlr installed and now all I get is this message. Did you find a fix? Thanks.
