Problems accessing Gather.town
Problem
Some people encounter problems when entering gather - page not showing, slowing down of the system. The following support was offered by the providers - try to follow it, and if the problem persists, please add your feedback here!
Hints on how to fix
- Use Chrome (if not already using it!)
- Make sure all other tabs and applications are closed
- Turn off the "Smooth movement" and "HD Video" features in the user preferences
- Turn on Quiet Mode to help limit your total number of video and audio connections (More info here: https://support.gather.town/help/gather-102#quiet-mode )
- Increase your default browser zoom (Using ctrl or cmd and the "+" key) to be at 120% or greater to reduce

- The browser you were using when you encountered issues
