Deprecated functions in ember-data 1.13

I'm aware of the deprecations but unfortunately I don't have the time needed to refactor the code for ember-data 2.0. Would you be willing to send a couple of patches? I can review, commit, and make a new release.

thanks for the reply. I do have a fork with some changes but I'm still trying to work out a few bugs, and make sure I'm actually understanding all the ember-data updates correctly. I'll follow up when I get a chance to wrap it all up.
