RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object

Hi,

I am running DiscoVista for gene tree discordance analysis (-m 1) and it never finishes running. I am working with 8 different datasets comprising 307 gene trees of 287 taxa in each dataset. The error message is "RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object" The same definition file works well with the species tree discordance analysis (-m 0).
