No pdfs generated

Hi,

I seem to have successfully run the analyses but do not seem to have any of the pdf output files, with no obvious error either. Could you help suggest what I need to trouble shoot in order to get the final outputs. Attached is my error.log file. Thanks error.log

I need a bit more information to help. What is the command you ran? Did you check the "results" directory?

I agree there is no detectable bug. So, probably, it generated results, but in a directory you are not looking at?

I managed to resolve it. The issues were two-fold:

1. There was an irregular character in my taxon names which Astral did not like.
2. R version 4.0 or above is required to produce all the figures/ pdfs. Thanks for your reply.
