Add an option to use cpaste for IPython

As reported in #63 , this plugin doesn't work for IPython and need to use %cpaste which is also used in vim-slime. I added an option to use it, so I'm happy if you check it.

Nice. This is of course cleaner than the one-line hack I wrote.
