Can't load Images/Videos with Arabic and/or special characters filename

When opening the ImagePicker, the images and videos which filenames are written in Arabic is not shown in the gallery, until I manually rename it to English !

Can you fix that? or just give me a work out :)

Hi thanks for opening the issue and sorry for the lateness in writing back to you. I need to reproduce this first when I have time. Otherwise, can you check that again and send me the stacktrace of the crash? Thanks
