On clicking same images multiple times, count getting increase unexpectedly.

When I am clicking on the same image multiple types repeatedly, then the number of counts keeps on increasing unexpectedly. Suppose, I clicked one image and it got selected and clicking on another image rapidly then count sometimes shows 3/5 or 4/5. Have anyone came across such an issue? any solution?
