Bandwidth benchmark for SVM extension

As noticed in #362, the bandwidth benchmark in runtime/examples/C++/benchmark does not work with SVM. It could be a helpful tool to quickly benchmark page migration performance. The benchmark may be ported or a similar benchmark added for the SVM extension.
