Support current u-boot version for all zynq plattforms

Starting with Vivado 2020.1, Xilinx implemented some major changes in u-boot. For ultra96 and zcu102, those changes are already included in the TaPaSCo image build script (see PR #266).

For the upcoming release, we need to fix it for the remaining plattforms:

  • [ ] zc706
  • [ ] pynq
  • [ ] zedboard
