我用自己的公众号可以吗？

如题，我自己有一个个人的公众号，因为测试公众号的名字太不好看了 access_toen能获取到，但是在运行的时候，提示

{'errcode': 48001, 'errmsg': 'api unauthorized rid: 63059966-1c02e54a-1c3f3b93'}

不知道是什么原因，IP白名单也配置了
