unable to locate where the eclipse p2 director installed eclim

I tried installing eclim with the AUR repository, but I get error: falied to commit transaction (invalid or corrupted packages), so I used the interactive commandline installer. The interative commandline user outputs failed to locate where the eclipse p2 director installed eclim.

I tried re-running the install as root, and it installed the binary to /usr/lib/eclipse/eclimd. I try to executing the binary, and get find: '/usr/bin/plugins': no such file or directory unable to locate the eclipse launcher jar.

Help? Please?

how did you install eclipse? you can try running the eclim installer with --debug to see what it's doing and post the output here.
