custom primary key column name

Needs a way to configure the primary key name, not all of us have systems where id is the PK :)

I need this too, I think i'll work on it those weeks, and why not purpose a PR :)

I didn't PR cause I was feeling lazy, but given that its literally 5-6 lines of code, ok.
