Fix for missing hidapi-rs dependency

Due to the hidapi-rs repo rename build from source stopped working. Unable to update https://github.com/ruabmbua/hidapi-rs.git?branch=master#b69e5db0

fixes eruption-project/eruption#249

After building this with the patch, the issue doesn't show up again This should be merged asap, but knowing the maintainer of the repo isn't active on Github anymore, I don't think this will be merged anytime soon.
