I've opened PR #2 to do this! Although it only turns this project into a JS package, publishing to NPM should be the next step.

If you're anxious to get going with a packaged version, you can install it directly from the branch referenced in the PR if you like:

npm install 'https://github.com/chilijohnson/play.core.git#package'
