Is it possible to have a thread/note/comment area for each list, where the list creator, and others interested in this list can discuss questions pertaining to the list? Is this beneficial, and worthwhile to the list creator? To list users?

For example, the discussion section could be used by someone who is not the list creator to suggest adding, or removing profiles from a list; to ask questions about the list etc.
