Find and append someone else's mute list to my mute list [feature request]

user story

As a nostr listr list user, I would like to find, and have the option to append someone's mute list to my mute list, so that I can better manage my signal to noise ratio on nostr.

acceptance criteria

1. User can search for, and find another profile's mute list (e.g. this could happen by way of inputting another profile's npub)
2. User can explore the mute list of various npubs
3. User can select to append/import another profile's mute list
4. User is prompted "are you sure you want to append user npub123etc's mute list to your current mute list?"
5. Listr will check for duplicates in case import mute list creates duplicates. Listr will not allow creation of duplicate npub on the user's mute list.
