Provide setting to use a Package from https://vale.sh/hub/

it would be nice to have a setting which allows to select a Package from https://vale.sh/hub/ which then is automatically applied.

I'm looking for a way to configure vale without having to use a config file, as that complicates synchronizing settings/configurations across machines. Being able to instead specify a set of packages would work great
