PR comments only display raw data

Hi! Using the default action yml:

on: [pull_request]

jobs:
  vale:
    name: runner / vale
    runs-on: ubuntu-latest
    steps:
      - uses: actions/checkout@v4
      - uses: errata-ai/[email protected]

I'm getting this kind of comments on my PRs:

Any idea why it displays the "raw output", which doesn't appear in the main screenshot on the index of the repo?

I really just need the error and description, no need for the location, etc, in the PR comment.
