says my CPU is not supported and requests I open a new ticket, attached the requested info:

Hi, I have a laptop with the same cpu (Elitebook 2540p), and as far as I can tell, it doesn't really throttle. It's from the good old times when 25W TDP meant 25W, and not "15 but actually 50". Maybe I'm wrong, but I think this software is intended for recent laptops that throttle too much compared to windows.
I also think this old CPU is much simpler than today's beasts and has quite a different interface, so it would require some major changes. I remember I messed around with PHC for undervolting a bit, but I never got it to work. Out of curiosity, what do you want to achieve with it?
