PL1_Duration_s and PL2_Duration_S

A huge thank you for this script!

I would appreciate if you could shed some light into the the time unit for the following parameters:

• PL1_Duration_s
• PL2_Duration_S (big S? what kind of duration is 0.002 in the default config file?)

and how do they relate to the "TAU" parameter in the 8th gen CPUs? ( https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/8th-gen-core-family-datasheet-vol-1.pdf )

In my tests ( PL1_Duration_s = 28 and PL2_Duration_S=0.002) I could not really control the duration of the PL2 power limit as it was cut down to PL1 levels after 50 seconds which I find really strange.
