Is there a CLI demo invocation, or do I just use it as a library?

I'm working through getting a venv set up in the folder, and making the necessary corrections to get the tests to run, but still having a little difficulty trying to suss out how to use/view the examples.

Are they runnable as they are? Is there a general command line invocation with the path/name of an example that will do it?

A little more hand-holding is needed in the docs, please.
