[FireMonkey] Please add a switch for `.user.js` URL hijacking

For some reason I often check .user.js URLs, but I don't want to install them in FireMonkey every time.

I don't want the FireMonkey installation prompt to pop up every time, it would be nice if there was a switch there to disable script detection.

I've always found the Tampermonkey installer pretty well done. A somewhat more minimalistic (as FireMonkey tends to be) take on that UI would definitely be pretty nice compared to the current incarnation.
