perf: high memory consumtion on node exporter

Hey @vr-varad You can take a look at https://github.com/oteldb/oteldb/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md and https://github.com/oteldb/oteldb/blob/main/docs/architecture.md, but currently we have no "good first issue"'s for newcomers. Hovewer, this will change in the future.

bug: $__rate_interval returns NoData

Looks like setting `OTEL_METRIC_EXPORT_INTERVAL=5000` helps with that.
