How to delete the second image? More intuitive "Hint" column

After having run AntiDupl the lsit appears with a "hint" column.

In some of the "hint" cells a tiny thumbnail appears in other not.

Why?

When I hover over the thumbnail it tells me something about "delete first picture".

Ok, and what if I want to delte the second (lower) picture?

Wouldn't it be more intuitive to have a"delete "icon right of each picture with a label/meaning: Delete image right?

What means the red-white hand "Mark as misktake"?

Does it mean the found group of picture is NOT similar?
