Should now start in Python 3

I've tested this on Windows 7 with Python 3.3.1 and Pygame 1.9.2a0. Seems to run ok, it may be a bit glitchy. SCNR

The "16 characters per line" means that Glitch Machine files can't consistently run.

This seems to be because glitch.py treats each digit in a decimal variable as a "character", whereas Glitch Machine does not.
