how this one relates to #6064 ?
I think you can adjust the target branch from master to maint without creating new PR ... did you have some problem with it? (also branch name in your fork does not have to match maint or master, in fact it could be more descriptive to describe the nature of change included; some more reading here https://github.com/erlang/otp/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#submitting-pull-requests)
