If I could "tap & collapse" chat & sidebar, that would be a big help. I can't get them to drag on mobile Also, having persistent (non-scrolling) "close" icon on detailed descriptions would be nice.

(The non-scrolly close icon is appropriate for the general UI, actually. It doesn't come up much, but a really large focus pane is a nuisance.)

I think those are my main comments -- I might even argue that the rightnav should generally be always collapsed on mobile, and only appear (in fullscreen-dialog type form) when interaction is prompted. Leaving more and more of the screen for the reading would improve the experience. :)
