In `static/js/play.js`: `new window.Notification('Seltani activity', opt)` - should be the value from `tworld.conf` instead of Seltani
So that you can do this without logging in. Then I can write an external script which does POST requests to log in and holler a line of text.

I think very wide text columns are awful, but people disagree. Add a column width preference. (Current limit is 900px in base.css, so customizing it will be slightly icky.)
Using it generates an error "You already have this link in your booklet". This is disharmonious. This is a pain in the butt due to how the pane is handled....
