Glulx Specs: Fix Links

Most links in the Glulx Specification document use the http:// protocol even for websites that support https:// — they should be fixed to use the latter.

In addition to the broken links reported in #10 … The link to FyreVM is dead, it should be replaced with a link to its latest archived version at Wayback Machine (24 May, 2008):
