Is it possible to stop AV1 only

I noticed that Youtube has started introducing av1 videos to test their codec. VP9 is getting more hardware support; however, av1 obviously has none. Is it possible to remove av1, while leaving vp9?

Let the user selects which codecs to block. Block them all by default as sane configuration.
