Add option to enable h264ify to other sites, not only YouTube.

As title says. Currently this extension supports YouTube videos. What about to give an option to enable it for other sites, not only a YouTube?

I think in firefox it's simply media.webm.enabled preference. On HN they point out how this could have even side-effects though.

On one hand nobody is going to assure you all the remainder content has a non-webm fallback. On the other.. Is there really some madhouse (other than youtube) that enabled efficiency hungry VP9 for fully-fledged HD+ videos?
