Info manual addition: extensions

Add a chapter to the info manual about extension, one section about install and using, and one section about how to write them.

Since now with the crescent number of centients/cetients/thinking-speaking species including Changelings, Draconequu, Breezes, Dragons, Cows, Donkeys... I think they deserve they own section with they explication about what are and where came.
