comments alignment

Hi,

If you enable inline comments in the published page, there will be a horizontal scroll bar if you hover the mouse, because the commenting icon and conversation is rendered inside the annotation frame.

Is there a possibility to modify the plugin so the comment interface renders outside of the frame?
