32bit and 64bit build, tested with NPP 8.5.1 on Windows 11 :

@amlan-sw, would you be interested in taking over this project? I think @erinata has no future plans for it, and I'd love to see some of the undocumented (key) features in PluginDefinition.cpp be documented. Looks like a lot of potential!
