A Way to View Ongoing Trades

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It frustrates all the mods when an illegal item somehow gets obtained and is being distributed, or when we can see a newer player is getting scammed out of there belongings, and having a way to see the trades live would really help out our community and a lot of the mods.

Describe the solution you'd like I want there a feature to get a notification and be able to view ongoing/live trades". We can see it in action and have access to edit it if the mod has the right perms.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative plugin we've looked into has these features, but this plugin overall is better and we hope to see it added to this plugin too.

Additional context It would open up a normal trade menu but would have the live feed of both the players you selected (only if they have a trade ongoing) and show both the players names on the top if possible. Also being able to edit the trade while it's happening would be useful.
