Anchor to each emoji

I really like the idea. I think, this can be improved even further if each emoji has it's own link in this project. The best would be to have dedicated MD file with explanations and examples or at least dedicated anchor link in main README. This way, users can provide direct link explaining what particular emoji means for those not familiar with this project. E.g. like this
