Ask about how to make test label

Hi I am new to NN and now I am trying to use COCO 2014test image to test this network. However I found that there is no txt. label for 2014test image label in your file nor COCO website.

So can you tell me how to convert the Json file from COCO website to your required txt. files? or change the label reading procedure from txt. into Json? Thank you so much!
